Best customer service ever 💯
I want to share my great experience with the customer service for the LUKA Monocle Necklace. I mistakenly entered the wrong shipping address, and the item had already been shipped. I call their customer service, and they responded quickly and helped resolve the issue without blaming me, even though it was my fault. I’ve never had such excellent service from any store, and I’m grateful!
